Friendly helpful staff, quiet clean well accommodated rooms.

Difficult to find the room the first room in the dark.

What a great get away weekend. The room was quite with a nice view of the golf course. So quiet that we actually slept in. Which means that the beds were very comfortable. We had drinks and a light dinner in the lobby lounge; the staff was efficient and friendly. The food was good. Rooms were spacious and had a balcony. The health club was close to our room.

Wasn't sure at first which entrance should be used as their timeshares are next door.

This was a very nice resort in a quiet setting. The food and drink were excellent and all the staff we encountered were quite helpful and courteous.

We were located right behind the hotel kitchen which was very noisy early in the morning. Also, the A/C would start and it was very loud! Woke me up each time it would start up. Lobby was beautiful. People were friendly.

When I took a bath, I could see there was mold underneath the soap dish. Then I noticed some other black in the grout. That should never happen.

The resort fee is just an extra charge and should not be allowed.

Additional charge of $25 to stay for resort fee. The refrigerator was noisy.

Excellent location for leisure travel and to enjoy the spa facilities.

This resort was incredibly family-friendly.

The concierge only interested in timeshare people.

This hotel was outstanding. From the initial greet from the bellman to the front desk personnel, the front office staff was excellent. The housekeeping staff and maintenance were very helpful. It is extremely family-friendly and we will return. The only downside is the concierge. Every time we needed some information we seemed to be an intrusion into her day. She was interested in booking people for their timeshare presentation, but to tell us about the local attractions didn't seem to interest her. ...read more

Smell of sewer in parking lot outside room.

Resort on beautiful grounds, golf, walking trails. Wonderful spacious rooms, great beds. terrific lobby and restaurants. Kids spent hours at the pool.
